Delete a parent account

A verified parent can permanently delete the LearnThenPlay parent account and associated parent-security data.

Delete it on the tablet

  1. Open LearnThenPlay Parent Settings with the parent PIN.
  2. Tap Delete parent account.
  3. Read the explanation, enter the parent password, and tap Delete permanently.

This deletes the Firebase Authentication account, protected-device registrations, parent security records, and queued security emails.

If you cannot use the tablet

Email us from the address used for the parent account. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.

Request account deletion

Do not send your parent PIN, account password, or offline recovery code. We will never ask for them.

Local and linked-tablet data

Deleting the parent account does not change local rules, PIN, or progress, because doing so could unexpectedly unlock the child's tablet. Clear LearnThenPlay's app storage or uninstall it to remove local data.

Optional linked-tablet sync uses separate anonymous device identities. Unlink each tablet in Parent Settings to stop sync. If you also want the linked cloud room deleted, say so in the deletion email and we will provide a safe ownership-verification step.
